Choose your bike
With your smartphone, scan the QRCode on the bike you want to ride and wait for the release confirmation on your screen.
Are you cycling a lot?
If you are a frequent user, you can request an "ANNUAL" RFID card.

Release bike
You can hear a "beeping sound" of the terminal, ready to release the bike.
The top LED lamp is flashing "red & green" color!
It means the terminal is open, you have 15 sec to take off your bike!
To release the bike, push the handlebar first forward, then pull out the bike.
After 15 sec the terminal locks the bike again.

First make sure the bike is safe to ride:
- check brakes
- check tires pressure
- the locking cable is fixed to the front basket
- look for any loose part

Power ON
Turn on the on / off button on the bike display.
By turning the pedal shaft, the electric assist works. If you turn the pedal, the engine will help, if you do not turn, the engine will stop.
Adjust assistance level
On the display, you can adjust the level of electrical assistance.
Default value is middle assistance.
If you want maximum power, push the "+" button up to level 4.
You can also switch the assistance off by switch to "0" assistance.
Parking
When you need to stop outside a Mobility Parc station, you can use the front locker.
Pull the cable around something to attache the bike. Plug it on the front connector and turn the key clockwise to lock and remove the key.
You can pass the cable inside the front wheel if you cant find any feature to attache the bike to.
Do not forget to fix the cable back to the basket holder when you want to ride again.
The key stays on the lock while ridding.

Dock the bike back
To return a bike, align your bike in front of the terminal.
Push strongly the bike inside the locking terminal.
The top led on the terminal will turn red for a couple seconds (showing the bike is locked) and then will become green is available for the next user.
Return in parking station
If you return the bike in a station without available docks, first close the rear wheel lock and then go on your personnal account on the app.
When the bike is detected to be in the right spot (could take about 1min), the trip can be closed with a click on the home page.

Control your trip is correctly closed with your smartphone.
If the bike you return has any disfunction, you must announce the incident on the app. The service team will be informed and the next user wont be able to release it until its fixed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Service accept only credit card VISA or MASTERCARD.
List of stations are displayed on the home map. You can select the target station and it will be shown on the map.
You should bring the bike back to the origin station in order to terminate your trip. If this is not possible please call service contact.
These electric bike are equiped with powerfull high capacity batteries. However if the bike has been used right before you, the battery might not be fully charged. Check the battery level on the dock led display or directly on the smartphone app: click on the station on the map.
A fully charged battery allow about 50km of electric ride.
Please report bike issue on your account. An ticket will be issue and technical service will be informed.
