HOW DOES IT WORK
Register
Click on the "Register" button and fill up on-line registration form and get ready to ride!
Generate a pincode
Select the station where you are and the number of bikes your want to release.
The application generate a 5 digit pincode "12-123".
Enter the pincode on the station terminal.

Enter the pincode on the terminal 123 keypad and wait for the bip.
Release bike
You can hear a "bip" when the terminal is ready to release the bike. The top led flash red & green during the 15 sec the terminal is open.
To release the bike, push the handlebar first and then pull out the bike.
After 15 sec the terminal locks the bike again.
Check your bike
First make sure the bike is safe to ride:
- check brakes
- check tires pressure
- the lock cable is fixed in the front basket
- look for any loose part

Power ON
With both feet on the floor, now turn ON the bike on the display button.
Dock the bike back
To return a bike, align your bike in front of the terminal.
Push strongly the bike inside the locking terminal.
Biip and LED
The top led on the terminal will turn red for a couple seconds (showing the bike is locked) and then will become green, shownig it is available for the next user.

How long can I rent a bike for ?
As much time as you want, but be careful, you pay by the hour (see the tariff page) as long as the bike is outside the station. And the bike must be returned on the departure station in order to reload.
All the bikes are unloaded, how long does it take for a bike to recharge?
A fully discharged bike that returns to the station takes about 1 hour to recover 70% load, then about 3-4 hours to reach 100%.
The loading bar of the bike is not complete, can I take the bike?
Yes, you can, but the autonomy will not be optimal. Only bicycles loaded above 10% of the battery are available. We advise you to take the bike the busiest.
