Select your language in upper right corner. 1.Push Register-button and create Your user profile with payment card info. You will receive a verification email, which probably will end up in your spamfilter. Find the email, click on the the link and set password. 2. When you have set the password and have logged in, You can se the map our with e-bike stations and rent an ebike, you can maintain your personal information, report bike-trouble and check the account balance.

Pickup and return of the e-bike

With a Smart-phone
1. Scan the QR-code on the e-bike station, log inn and click "Grab an ebike"-button. 2. Scroll down to the green field. You will have received info about which terminal and the code to release the ebike. 3. Wait until all battery-status lamps goes out, and then enter the code on the control panel. 4. The lamp on top of the charging beam will start to blink red/green. The lock is now open for 15 seconds. 5. Push ebike gently forward first to help the lock release. Then pull the bike out of the charging dock. NOTE. To make the "Grab-an-ebike"-button appear You need to have location services activated on your smartphone.

With the ebike card
Hold the card over the "Wifi"-symbol on the controlpanel for the desired ebike. When lamp blinks red/green, do the push-pull sequence.

Return of the ebike
Push the ebike all the way into a vacant terminal. When lamp on top lights green, the check-in is verified and OK.
